Technical Project Manager (with software development background)

Responsibilities
- Project Management: Manage the entire project lifecycle, from inception to delivery, while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- Solution Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect robust and scalable software solutions.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, identify and resolve issues, and mentor team members to improve their coding skills.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the development team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and addressing their concerns and needs.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software.
- Documentation: Ensure comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design, and technical specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in software development and project management, with a strong background in software engineering principles and practices.
- Solid expertise in solution architecture, including the ability to design and implement complex software solutions.
- Proficiency in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality through best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- PMP, Scrum, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
